JOIN is located in Southeast Portland on 17th Ave
one block south of SE Powell Blvd. From N/NE Portland proceed
south to Powell Blvd. From Downtown and Southwest Portland
cross the Ross Island Bridge, which becomes Powell Blvd. From
Milwaukie take Hwy 99 and get off on Powell Blvd eastbound.
Before the railroad overpass, take the 17th Ave turn-off and
proceed around the bend southbound on 17th Ave. JOIN is the
first building on the left at the corner of SE 17th Ave and
SE Pershing St. From eastbound on Powell Blvd, turn left (southbound)
on SE Milwaukie Ave and left again two blocks later on SE
Pershing St.. Pershing will dead-end against the railroad
tracks at JOIN's front door."
