o How does this help JOIN?

It means we can count on a specific monthly income for JOIN’s program services and allows us to focus our time on our work, building personal relationships, sparking processes of re-engagement and helping individuals transition off the street.

o Who has access to my account information?

Only JOIN’s Financial Officer and your bank will have access to this information.

o Can I revoke the contribution?

You can revoke your contribution any time by advising JOIN of your wishes in writing 10 days before the contribution would normally be drawn from your account on the 5th of the month.

o How can I keep track of my contributions?

You will receive a thank you note for each contribution with the amount and date. This will also feature a new story each time regarding one of the households you support helps JOIN transition into permanent housing. Additionally, your contribution will appear on your bank statement, just like all your other transactions.
